January 2026 Indoor Summer Hockey Tournament

Registration & Eligibility

Masters : Players need to be 35 years or older as of the 1st of January 2026

Under 18's : Players need to be 17 or younger at at the 1 of January 2026. Please note that all players who were eligible for the U18 Nationals in 2025 are eligible due to the change in dates from December to January.

Tournament Information

TOURNAMENT DATES & VENUE:

Masters : 9 January 2026 to 11 January 2026

U18 : 12 January 2026 to 15 January 2026

Open: 15 January 2026 to 18 January 2026

Tournament is to be held in at the Taupō Events Centre, 26 AC Baths Avenue, Taupō​​​​​​​

Please note that these events are NATIONAL SELECTION EVENTS and as such Hockey New Zealand encourage players wish to be screened to attend.

Cost

Team entry fees are $1,150. For teams of 10 this will mean the individual entry fee is $115 per player.

Please note that travel and accommodation costs to Taupō are not included and will be additional to the above fee.
