BOP Hockeys intention is to promote, encourage, support and develop all umpires in Rotorua, Taupo and Whakatane. Our intention is to ensure we have skilled whistle blowers that our players will have confidence in.

Umpires for National Tournaments 

Hockey NZ has a number of different avenues for nominating umpires to national tournaments. A new process will make it easier for individual umpires and Associations to nominate umpires to tournaments and also raise the standard of umpiring.
