Our Annual General Meeting (AGM) will be held on:

Venue: Rotorua Hockey Association, Smallbone Park, 193 Devon Street, Rotorua

The AGM will cover our annual reporting, key updates, and formal decision-making for the year ahead. A copy of the AGM Report is available to download below for anyone who wishes to read it in full.

Everyone is welcome to attend, though only members are eligible to vote.  If you wish to attend, please RSVP to Hannah at admin@bophockey.co.nz

​​​​​​​Call for Nominations – President & Vice President

We are now calling for nominations for the roles of President and Vice President of Bay of Plenty Hockey Association.

President

The President is an honorary position responsible for presiding over General Meetings and representing the Association at official functions. The role is ceremonial, offering guidance to the Board, but does not hold formal decision-making authority or voting rights within the Association.

Vice President

The Vice President is an honorary role assisting the President in their duties. The Vice President may stand in for the President when necessary and undertake specific responsibilities delegated by the President or the Board. The Vice President does not have formal decision-making authority or voting rights within the Association.

Note: Only voting members (Sub-Associations and Life Members) are eligible to submit nominations and vote at our AGM.
