If you have concerns about our programmes, services, or the conduct of anyone involved with Bay of Plenty Hockey, you’re welcome to raise them with us. We take all complaints seriously and aim to address issues promptly and fairly.
People are encouraged, where possible, to raise concerns directly with the person whose behaviour has caused the concern, provided you feel safe to do so.
If you'd like to make a formal complaint, please use the online form linked via the button below. All complaints submitted via this form are sent directly to the Bay of Plenty Hockey Administrator.
